- Paying the facilities fee is voluntary.
- Rates quoted are in EUROS, excluding 20% VAT.
- Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at [email protected].
- The date of payment is decisive for the facilities fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
Registration Fee includes;
Facilities fees cover the essential costs related to running the meeting (meeting venue, internet access, power, screens, audio/mic/speakers, technical support, etc.).
Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the MPEG 148 Registration Secretariat (Dekon Congress & Tourism) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to [email protected]
- Cancellation requests received before or on September 23, 2024 will be processed with a 50 EUR penalty.
- Cancellation requests received on or after September 24, 2024 will not be refunded.
Note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MPEG 148, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
Name changes are possible for the same type of registration in advance (this will not be possible on site).
